SECURITY
All orders are reviewed by our Anti Fraud team that is looking for a variety of fraudulent patterns, any order that are deemed fraudulent will
automatically be canceled without tell and may be prosecuted by authorities.
Any order that is to be shipped must have a valid phone number or it may be cancelled.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
All returns and cancellations will be subjected to a 15 % restocking fee of total cost minus shipping due to inventory control. (Shipping & Return Shipping is non refundable)
Any item may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase subject to Web Hosting Easy approval.
All hardware items must be returned to Web Hosting Easy within 90 days of purchase date.
All merchandise that is damaged or defective must be returned within 10 business days in order for replacement or refund.
All items marked as special order items are non refundable and non returnable due to availablity, please contact the manufacturer for solve or replacement.
All refused, undeliverable, or returns without an RMA number will also be subjected to a 15% restocking fee of total cost minus shipping.

All items returned without original invoice and an RMA number will not be refunded or exchanged
We will only authorize a return if the item is been determined either defective or damaged.
Refunds on downloadable will only be issued if we are provided with documentation that you have purchased the title from another authorized reseller.
WARRANTY
All hardware items carry a 90 day warranty, warranty is void if hardware has been tampered with in any way.
Extended warranty may be offered seperately from Web Hosting Easy, please contact the manufacturer for additional details
Web Hosting Easy will offer unlimited technical Advice with downloading and installing any purchased download for a period up to 1 year from date of purchase.

* Had or lost original CD or download instructions
* Had or lost registration information or need to reinstall or upgrade your
* Plan on purchasing the full retail version within 30 days
* Qualify for Academic Licensing. (Students, Teachers, and Affiliates)
* Qualify for State/Government Licensing (state and or federal)
* Qualify for International Licensing (any country outside of USA)

All International Orders that are shipped will be responsable for customs fees, if fedex is unable to collect the customs appon delivery your credit card will be charged.

All items under 2lbs will automatically be shipped first class or priority mail, items over 2lbs will be shipped FedEx.
All orders may take up to 1-5 business days processing time on top of estimated shipping time due to availablity.

Oem and refurbished hardware items may not include manuals or for the item and maybe in alternate packaging
Some items may be missing UPC codes or serial numbers due to reseller rebates and special promotions.
